Week 4

July 6-12

First re-assessment with Dr. Adam and Manny. One month in. What's changed? The data tells the story.

Week 8

Aug 3-9

Mid-point bloodwork + mental health scores. Halfway home. The system is either working or it's not. We'll know.

Day 90

Sept 13

The Final Proof. One physical feat my medical file says I cannot do. Performed on camera. Logged on Web3.
