Data over feelings.
Proof over promises.
Every metric tracked. Every data point timestamped. Every result published. If I fail, you'll see it. If I win, you'll see exactly how it happened. This is how WarriorWorld delivers.
What we're tracking.
Recording begins June 15, 2026. This dashboard updates with real data as the 90 days progress. Hover over any metric to learn what it means.
Pain at Rest
—0-10
Daily
Self-reported pain intensity when not moving. 0 = no pain. 10 = worst imaginable. Tracked every morning and after every workout.
HRV
—ms
Nightly
Heart rate variability — the time between heartbeats. Higher HRV = better nervous system recovery. Tracked via wearable overnight.
PHQ-9
—Score
Weekly
Patient Health Questionnaire — 9 questions screening for depression severity. Scored 0-27. Tracked weekly with Dr. Adam.
GAD-7
—Score
Weekly
Generalized Anxiety Disorder — 7 questions screening for anxiety severity. Scored 0-21. Tracked weekly with Dr. Adam.
PCL-5
—Score
Weekly
PTSD Checklist for DSM-5 — 20 questions screening for post-traumatic stress. Scored 0-80. Tracked weekly with Dr. Adam.
Sleep
—Hours
Nightly
Total sleep duration and quality stages (deep, REM, light). Tracked via wearable. Goal: 7+ hours of quality sleep.
SpO₂
—%
Nightly
Blood oxygen saturation — how well oxygen is circulating. Normal is 95-100%. Below 90% needs attention. Tracked via finger sensor overnight.
Bloodwork
—Panel
Quarterly
Full panel — testosterone, cortisol, vitamin D, inflammatory markers. Drawn at baseline, Day 45, and Day 90.
How we know if Season One worked.
Spine & Pain
Pain at rest and under load. Baseline established Week 1. Weekly logged after each Coach Joe session and Catalyst appointment. Goal: 50% reduction by Day 90, with measurable drops tracked every single week.
Range of Motion
Measured by Manny (physio) and Trent (chiro). FMS screen, goniometer readings, filmed assessment. Goal: Objective improvement cervical, thoracic, and lumbar — tracked and compared to baseline at every session.
Mental Health
PHQ-9 (depression), GAD-7 (anxiety), PCL-5 (PTSD). Three gold-standard clinical screenings. Weekly with Dr. Adam. Goal: Clinically significant improvement across all three scales — measured, scored, and published.
Hormones & Bloodwork
Testosterone, cortisol, vitamin D, inflammatory markers. Quarterly draws at baseline, Day 45, and Day 90. Hard biochemistry. No subjective interpretation. The blood tells the truth.
Weekly Wins
Not one big moment — a hundred small ones. Every week, something the medical file said I couldn't do. A flip I wasn't supposed to land. A range I wasn't supposed to reach. A session I wasn't supposed to complete. Stacked together, these are the proof.
Thriving, Not Surviving
I still have the disabilities. They don't disappear. But the goal was never to be cured — it was to prove that you can rebuild from the inside out and come back better than anyone predicted. Coping is what the system offered. Thriving is what the data will show.
No edits. No deleting. No hiding.
All data from Project PEMF Warrior is timestamped on-chain. Every pain score. Every bloodwork result. Every mental health assessment. Every video upload. Immutable. Verifiable. Public.
This isn't a claim. This is a cryptographic guarantee. No one — not me, not the production team, not the practitioners — can edit, delete, or hide a single data point after it's logged.
Proof over promise. Systems over hustle. Web3 over words.
